Back in 2006, I found my cousin's custom-made wedding dress in a box in her garage. Long forgotten, maybe... but still beautiful. Regardless of what it was- or what it reminded her of, I asked to take it. I thought maybe I could figure out a purpose for it.
Years and over a dozen women later, I had something. It stands for free will, beauty, adventure and the idea that any girl can be who she wants to be- in a big goddamn white dress. The very first girl to put on the dress was my sister, back in 2006 but the idea didn't really get going until 2009.
Size 6 to size 16- it didn't really matter. They rocked it. Still looking for women of all ages, faces and places.
I am simply inspired by all of the women who took that step into the dress.
